KUŽINA STARA ŠOLA KORTE
Kužina stara šola Korte is a new restaurant at Slovenian coast and is situated in an old village Korte. They swear only on local sources, use and cook with only seasonal ingredients and the food is prepared according to "old school" recipes with modern equipment and techniques by their head chef Marko Gorela. I contributed some photos of ingredients they are using and also some final dishes. Food styling was done by Gruša Zorn.
