I recently completed a project at Hotel Castle Otočec in Slovenia, which is part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network. Project was mainly focused on architecture, cuisine and lifestyle/experience. This project highlights the castle's rich history, alongside its exceptional culinary offerings, which are recognized in the Michelin Guide.
